One is for international use and the other is for both international and domestic. Sprint has 2 different unlock policies that can be applied to their iPhone 4s. Unlocking a device will not necessarily make a device interoperable with another carrier’s network. MSL unlocking refers to providing an MSL code in order to disable software that sets device parameters and prevents the device from activation on a different network. I am asking about auto-unlock on trusted device, not removing the security. I don't like manually entering PIN1 of SIM/UICC everytime I reboot my Android smartphone or switch SIM/UICC – Izzy♦ Jun 6 '13 at 6:47.
